7. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content, including gameplay data and publications or posts. By submitting content, you grant ForgeBlast a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

Your use of ForgeBlast is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeBlast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
